Just a few minutes from the Best Western JFK is the Agnano Spa complex.
The archaeological remains of Greek origin, found in the area of the springs and thermal pools, are the oldest evidence in the entire Phlegraean area.
It was to the credit, however, of the Ancient Romans that a true spa activity developed, reaching its peak with the thermal complex, arranged on 7 levels, built at the behest of Emperor Hadrian between the 1st and 2nd centuries AD.
